Farmers protest outside PSPCL-Patiala administration appoints ‘Special duty Magistrate’ to maintain law and order

District magistrate, Patiala has appointed 8 officers as special duty magistrates and on the protest site to maintain law to remain in contact with police, civil administration and to maintain law and order situation.
Samkyukt Kisan Morcha (Non political) are protesting and had seized Punjab state power corporation limited (PSPCL) head office at Patiala, in support of their demands.
District administration has also issued instruction to local police, civil surgeon, market committee Patiala to provide basic amenities to the protest farmers and maintain law and order in the city .
