FIR lodged against Republic TV Chief Editor Arnab Goswami at Abohar in Punjab

Defying age barrier, 70 years old Abohar resident Harmohinder Singh, President Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) Freedom Fighter Cell has lodged a complaint against Republic TV Chief Editor Arnab Goswami at Abohar police station city -2, for using derogatory words against All India Congress Committee Chairperson Sonia Gandhi on April,22,2020 on, Republic TV.
Today Harmohinder Singh filled a complaint at Abohar police station city -2 and police has lodged a FIR against Republic TV Chief Editor Arnab Goswami . SHO of Abohar police station city -2 Sub Inspector Baldev Singh siad that police has lodged the complaint against Republic TV Chief Editor Arnab Goswami under section 153 A (is to punish persons who attacks upon the religion, race, place of birth, residence, language etc of any particular group or class or upon the founders and prophets of a religion), 153 B (assertions prejudicial to national-integration) , 295 A (Deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) , 504 ( Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) , 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) IPC and 67 under IT Act 2000 (whoever publishes or transmits or causes to be published or transmitted in the electronic form, any material which is lascivious or appeals to the prurient interest or tends to deprave and corrupt persons shall be punished) .
For further investigation the case is referred to Insp. Chinder Singh, Incharge CIA staff Fazilka. SSP Fazika Harjeet Singh confirmed the lodging of FIR on Republic TV Chief Editor Arnab Goswami
