For the first time poor patients fitted with American lenses in free eye operation camp-Dr Boparai

Patiala Eye Hospital Lasik Laser Centre Leela Bhawan Patiala in collaboration with Satinder Singh Bhangu son of Santokh Singh from Columbus, Ohio USA organized a free eye operation camp at Village Kalia PO Chotian Distt.Sangrur in which Dr.Mohinder Gupta (USA) Dr. Sukhdip Singh Boparai, Dr. R.N. Gothwal & Dr Daizy Pathania examined over 450 patients and all patients were given free medicines and glasses
For the first time in the region 35 patients were operated for cataract and fitted with American intraocular lenses (Alcon) at Patiala eye hospital by Dr. Sukhdip Singh Boparai & Dr Brahmjot Singh.
Dr.Boparai has been regularly doing such charity in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and Rajasthan. He was also part of the team of surgical eye expedition (S.E.E.) International who operated free patients in Dominican Republic few years back.
