GIEAIA hard work pays off; minister gave positive assurance to redress genuine demands-Trilok Singh

This is to inform you that today a joint delegation of General Insurance Employees All India Association (GIEAIA), comprising Class 3&4 and Class I wing, met with Minister of State for Finance, Pankaj Chaudhary at his residence.
The delegation, consisting of Com. Trilok Singh, Com. Darshan Kumar Wadhwa, and Comrade G.S. Singh, urged the Minister to expedite the wage revision process, increase Employer contribution @14 percent for National Pension Scheme (NPS) and introduce uniform family pension @ 30 percent in Public sector general insurance companies (PSGICs) at par with Life Insurance Company (LIC).
“The GIEAIA delegation further requested the Minister to take effective measures for the merger of PSGICs, timely and adequate recruitment in PSGICs, and to take corrective measures to strengthen PSGICs” said Trilok Singh, General Secretary, GIEAIA.
“The Minister interacted with the delegation, discussed the issues and gave positive assurances” informed Darshan Kumar Wadhwa, Secretary General, GIEAIA, Class 1 Wing.
