GNDU shifted student to isolation room for further observation -Registrar

A student of Guru Nanak Dev University visited health centre yesterday evening with cough and mild fever for checkup. Detailing more about this, Prof. K.S Kahlon, Registrar said that since he has travel history within india few days back, he was taken to Government Medical College Hospital immediately for checkup. He said that he was thoroughly checked there and as per their report there are no symptoms of any virus. It was advised that he may be kept under observation for few days.
He said that taking a proactive step the university has shifted him to isolation room in health centre of the university for further observation. As per health centre’s report he is recovering, said Registrar .
