GNDU to confer Raja Randhir Singh, Dr. Gurtej Singh Sandhu with Honoris Causa degrees

Guru Nanak Dev University will honour eminent personality in the field of Sports, Raja Randhir Singh, Life Vice- President, Indian Olympic Association and Dr. Gurtej Singh Sandhu, Senior Fellow and Director, Micron Technology Inc. with Honours Causa Doctorate Degrees at its Golden Jubilee year Annual Convocation.
They will be honoured in the Faculty of Sports Medicine & Physiotherapy and in Faculty of Sciences respectively. This will be the 45th Annual Convocation of the University.Prof. Dr. Karanjeet Singh Kahlon, Registrar said the Chief Minister Punjab Capt. Amrinder Singh will be Chief Guest on this occasion. He said this mega event will be held on July 19, 2019, in the newly renovated Golden Jubilee Dashmesh Auditorium.
The Honoris Causa degrees will be conferred upon them in recognition of their contribution in their respective fields, he added.
