GNDU to organize National Seminar on ‘Legacy of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar: Analysis and Appraisal

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Chair of Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) is organizing National Seminar in collaboration with Department of Laws on ‘Legacy of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar: Analysis and Appraisal on April 24, 2024 at Conference Hall, Guru Nanak Bhawan, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar to commemorate 133rd Birth Anniversary of Dr. Bhim Rao Ramji Ambedkar.
Prof. (Dr.) Rattan Singh, Professor, University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh will be the Keynote Speaker and Prof. (Dr.) Mehraj Uddin Mir, Former Vice-Chancellor, Central University of Kashmir, Srinagar will be the Guest of Honour. Prof. (Dr.) Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vice-Chancellor, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar will preside over the Inaugural Session.
Themes to be discussed during seminar are Dr. Ambedkar as Labour Reformer, Political Reformer, Philosopher, Jurist and Architect of the constitution of India, views of Dr. Ambedkar on Religion, Education and Demonetization are comprehensive in nature. Participants from different universities, colleges and Institutes will be presenting their papers on specific themes.
