Harjot Bains launches plantation drive to Commemorate 350th martyrdom day of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji

Cabinet Minister Harjot Singh Bains today inaugurated a large-scale plantation campaign from Village Manakpur, Tehsil Nangal, District Rupnagar, as part of the ongoing 350th Shaheedi Samagam of Hind Di Chadar Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
The initiative has been undertaken in collaboration with the Education Department, Forest Department, local Panchayats, and various Social Welfare Organisations. The campaign aims to promote environmental conservation and inspire community participation in creating a greener and healthier Punjab, while paying homage to the supreme sacrifice of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
Harjot Singh Bains emphasized that such initiatives not only help preserve the environment but also connect the younger generations with the teachings of the great Gurus. He also appealed to citizens to actively join hands in plantation drives across villages and towns.
