Helping hand-AIIMS Bathinda manpower deputed in state government hospitals

In the current scenario of Covid-19 pandemic, the need of the health workers being the top most priority, AIIMS Bathinda under the guidance of CEO & Director: Prof. Dr. D.K. Singh, and Medical Superintendent: Col. Dr. Satish Gupta. has placed the services of more than 200 staff at the State Government Medical colleges i.e Amritsar, Faridkot, Patiala, Mohali and Civil Hospital Bathinda. The added manpower will help to take care of the patients being admitted and treated at these centres.
The staff will be flagged off in two phases. One batch will be flagged on Monday for Mohali & Patiala and the second batch on Tuesday for Amritsar & Faridkot.
Medical Superintendent further said, Institute is all dedicated to the service of the medical needs of the population. And we will lay ourselves in the service of mankind. Director: Prof. Dr. D.K. Singh, added that as of now with the limited infrastructure AIIMS, Bathinda is providing the best of services to the people of this region and neighboring states.
And at AIIMS it is believed “Service to humanity is service to God.”
