Punjab police has withdrawn the security personnel’s attached with politicians, police officers, religious leaders, film stars. In the latest list 184 big-wigs lost their status symbol-Punjab police security.
Personnel deployed on specific orders of the courts, however, would not be withdrawn, said a letter by the additional director general of police (security).
