Inauguration Ceremony of `let`s learn Persian ` held at Punjabi University, Patiala

The inauguration ceremony of `Bhai Veer Singh Chair` at the series of his 150th birthday, under the guidance of professor Arvind (vice chancellor of Punjabi university Patiala) has been done today.
The warm welcome note is given by professor and incharge of `Bhai Veer Singh Chair` Dr. Harjodh Singh. He told that more than seventy students have participated in this program who are much interested in Persian language. All these Students belongs to various streams such as Arts, Punjabi, Punjabi literature, Economics, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Religion, etc.
Our respected visiting professor Leila ChamanKhah (Iran) by giving his devotion towards the students, during his speech said that he will help the students to learn Persian if anybody wants to for further research in Persian language.
Vice chancellor of Punjabi University Patiala , in his main speech admired such kind of diverse cultural program with compare to contemporary one nation movement. While talking about the relation between Punjabi and Persian he also asked the importance of Persian from the main speaker of the lecture Professor Leila Chamankhah and professor Leila replied that in this modern era it would be much beneficial to learn Persian.
The stage has been conducted by Phd Research scholar Inderpreet Singh. In the end this he also thanked everyone for giving their precious time.
