IPS-PPS transfers in Punjab

Punjab government has transferred 5 IPS officers along with one PPS officer in Punjab. As per sources, Parbodh Kumar IPS is new special DGP (Provisioning) , Arpit Shukla a 1993 batch IPS officer of ADGP rank is to head Bureau of Investigation (BoI) as its Director, replacing Parbodh Kumar.
Gursharan Singh Sandhu IPS, IGP (Personnel) and IGP (Provisioning) as additional charge. Babu Lal Meena, IPS will be the DIG-cum-joint director Punjab Police Academy (PPA), Phillaur. Gulneet Khurana is new AIG (Counter intelligence), Punjab. Sushil Kumar PPS services is at the disposal of Vigilance bureau, Punjab.
