Jaswant Singh Puri presented his book to Punjab Governor
Chandigarh-The copy of the book titled, ’’RISE AND DECLINE OF THE MUGHAL EMPIRE’’ was presented to the Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Indian Union Territory of Chandigarh,V.P.Singh Badnore at a special function organised at Punjab Raj Bhavan, Chandigarh by the author Dr. Jaswant Singh Puri, recipient of Doctor of Letters( Honoris Causa).
Governor appreciated the work done by Dr Jaswant Singh Puri and motivated him to do something different, like he has done this by writing a book on a different theme.
The first copy of the aforementioned book in the Indian State of Punjab was launched and its Foreword was penned by Preneet Kaur former Union Minister of state for External Affairs, Government of India and Ex- Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) from Patiala. The book is published by internationally acclaimed ,The Writer’s Publication House, Ahmedabad.
Dr. Jaswant Singh Puri is a DEWAN family member of erstwhile princely state of Patiala.
