Lamrin Tech Skills University organises interactive session with newly admitted students

Lamrin Tech Skills University (LTSU)Punjab organised a One-day interactive session with newly admitted students for session 2022-23 along with their parents. During the session, the audience were briefed about Lamrin Tech Skills University (LTSU) as it is first of its kind ‘Industry incubated State Skill University’.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Chancellor LTSU sensitized the students and parents about the need of skill education and the outcome of the same.
He further elaborated about the unique academic framework of the university by explaining the three exit points as Finishing School (for Job aspirants), School of Startup (for Buddy entrepreneurs) and School of International Curriculum (for higher education in India/ Abroad).
Sanjiv Mehta, Head and Advisor, Program Development of IBM Centre for education and anchor partner in LTSU briefed the students and parents about the opportunities after their formal academic skill based education. He also shared the vision and roll and responsibilities of IBM as anchor partner in the university.
Navdeep Pathaina, Project Manager, Electric Vehicle Common Facility Centre to be setup by TATA Technology Ltd. shared the vision and roll and responsibilities of TATA Technologies as industry partner of LTSU.
Dr. Ashutosh Sharma Dean, University School of Commerce & Management, Er. Amandeep Singh, Dean University School of Engineering and Er. Mandeep Singh Atwal, Dean University School of Polytechnic also shared the detailed academic structure of school wise courses to be run under schools of LTSU.
Students and parents raised their queries and interacted with the experts from the university.
