Mata Gujri College commences social sciences course;former DC outlines success tips

Mata Gujri College organized a 2 day induction program for BA Honors (Social Sciences) students on Civil Services Examination in which aspiring students for competitive examinations participated. Former IAS and Deputy Commissioner Shivdular Singh Dhillon graced the occasion as a special guest.
On this occasion, Director Principal Dr. Kashmir Singh said that in this age of competition, it is very important for the students to be aware and vigilant in every possible way. Along with education, where we build our better future, there is also the development of the whole personality.
Shivdular Singh Dhillon while briefing the students about the Civil Services Examination said that while preparing for this examination where a lot of time is devoted to studies, it is very important to maintain mental enthusiasm. So along with reading, it is important to eat well and stay focused on your goals.
On this occasion, Dr. Bikramjit Singh Sandhu (Dean Academics) said that it is very important to stay disciplined for successful preparation of any exam.
On this occasion, Prof. Anupreet Singh Tiwana, Head-BA-Honors, Social Sciences encouraged the students to prepare for the exams and at the same time encouraged them to build a better future.
During the question & answer session, Kirandeep Kaur, Jashandeep Kaur, Harshdeep Kaur and other students also asked questions from the chief guest regarding exam preparation.
