Max Hospital organizes free health camp for schoolkids at Khanna

Under its CSR activity, Max Super Specialty Hospital, Mohali organized a free health check-up camp for students of A.S. Senior Secondary School, Khanna on Tuesday. The camp was held under the supervision of senior pediatric consultant, Dr Rashmi Pandove in which over 300 children were screened.
Keeping in mind the winter season, the hospital staff also distributed shoes to over 300 school children from the BPL families.
Speaking on the occasion, Dinesh Gautam, principle of school appreciated hospital efforts for organizing camp for school kids every year.
During camp, the medical team from hospital also made children aware of the various diseases besides teaching them to how to prevent getting infected from these diseases.
Meanwhile as a socially responsible organisation, Max Hospital has undertaken a major initiative of organizing free health check camps dedicated towards ensuring the health of citizens. Many such dedicated camps are organized to provide healthcare services to urban, semi urban and rural areas of the region. These camps are being held with active participation by clinicians, nurses and support staff from hospital, he asserted.
