Mobile App launched by Baba Farid Group for students

Bathinda: Today, every work is possible with the help of Mobile technology, therefore Baba Farid Group of Institutions has take this initiative by launching a mobile app for the convenience of students. This Mobile App has been made by the software development team of BFGI. Dr. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal, Chairman, Baba Farid Group of Institutions launched this mobile app among the students of BFGI This BFGI Student Mobile App is now available on Google Play Store; students can easily download on their Android mobile phones. Through this app, many facilities have been provided to the students so that the students will be benefitted greatly and that they will be one step closer to the organization.

Expressing his happiness after launching this mobile app, Dr. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal congratulated software development team of BFGI. He said that this mobile app will be beneficial for students as well as for Institution. On this mobile app many useful features such as the Student Attendance tab through which students can know about their attendance in lectures, tutorials and Practical of each subject, how much lectures were delivered in each subject and how much lectures has been attended by the student. Likewise Students can get details about library books through the library tab. By which student get aware that how many books are issued from the library and how much books are returned. Further Students get online information about academic fees, late fees, bus fees, etc. Apart from this, the most important tab is Help center for this mobile app by which students can apply online to get their required certificates and other documents. This will save a lot of time and students can get information about the status of each action related to their application at any time. Students can also get details of the student’s assessment through the Assessment tab of this mobile app. In the Inbox tab, students will receive messages sent from the organization while information will be collected by the Events tab about the main events and activities of the institutions. In this way another important feature has been made available to the students that if the student has any kind of complaint or if he wishes to make any suggestions, then through this mobile app it is now possible. Dr. Dhaliwal said now with the help of this mobile app, it is easier for students to make thier complaint or suggestion timely in better way.

Dhaliwal said that this mobile app will be further enhanced as the institute is committed to provide all facilities to the students through this mobile app. As well as in future, students will be able to get full information about the results of home tests and the University exams through this mobile app.
