This workshop was conducted to introduce a new device named ARDUINO-UNO (a microprocessor) to create curiosity, excitement and exploration among school children in Science, Mathematics and Technology. By understanding the working mechanism of ARDUINO-UNO, the students and performed experiments like Blink LED, Dancing lights, Robot training path using IR Sensors, measuring distance using ultrasonic waves and so on. The two hour session was not only enlightening but also very interesting.

Vikas Narang, the Physics teacher of the school said, ‘Young children are natural learners and their minds are full of innovation and ideas. If they are taught with exposure to advance practical at the early stage, it will help in enhancing their proficiency, and that is what our aim at MSSSP is.’

The Vice Principal, Manpreet Sharma (HOD Science) said that it is a great venture that students are correlating the theoretical terms with the experimental evidences.
