Modi College releases prospectus for 2018-19 session
Patiala:Multani Mal Modi College Patiala released its prospectus for the session 2018-2019 today. Prof G. S. Batra, Dean Academic Affairs and Controller of Examination, Punjabi University Patiala and an alumnus of the college presided over the releasing ceremony. Principal Dr Khushvinder Kumar welcomed the Chief Guest and appreciated the continuous efforts of the entire team involved in the publication of the prospectus. He also said that for keeping pace with the technological advancements in the field of quality education, college is planning to introduce online courses in the coming sessions as notified by UGC.
Vice Principal of the college Prof. Baljinder Kaur conducted the stage and presented the brief introduction of all the courses and facilities available at the college. She said that the release of the prospectus is the beginning of the new session which is designed to provide best learning experiences to the new students of this prestigious college.
Chief Guest Prof. G. S. Batra recalled the glorious history of the college and appreciated the academic environment and innovative techniques adopted by the college for the students. He congratulated Modi Educational Society for maintaining higher standards of quality education. He said that in this era of cut throat competition Value Added Courses, Certificate Courses and Add on Courses are need of the hour.
