Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala won Overall Championship in Punjabi University Inter-College Archery (Men) held at Punjabi University Campus, Patiala.
Principal Dr. Khushvinder Kumar congratulated the winning teams during the programme held in the College campus today. He said that our college has excelled not only in academics but in the field of sports also and it all is because of the commitment of the staff to ensure the overall development of our students.
Dean, Sports, Dr. Gurdeep Singh Sandhu told that our college won first position in two events of Archery; Recurve and Wooden. Inderjeet Verma, Pankaj Lohan, Yogesh Singh and Jagsir Singh won the first position in Archery (Recurve) event. Our team comprising Ravi, Manpreet Singh, Amandeep and Rajdeep stood first by defeating Govt. College, Bathinda in Archery (Wooden).
