NCC Cadets of Govt Mohindra College visit Indian Military Academy, Dehradun

NCC, Cadets of Govt. Mohindra College, Patiala of Army, Naval,Air Force wings under the able guidance of Principal Professor Amarjeet Singh visited IMA, Dehradun.
This trip was organised under the Punjab Govt’s scheme of Career Guidance and Counselling in higher education Institutions. The main motto of this trip was to inspire and encourage the Cadets . The lead of the trip was taken by the officer Lieutenant Dr.Manmohan Sammi of NCC Army wing who was accompanied by Asst. Prof Kamaldeep and Asst. Prof Geeta.
They witnessed the hard training of Gentleman Officers and visited the Fire Range, Central Library, Manoj Pandey International Indoor Swimming Pool. The Cadets were also shown a short documentary tracing the history of IMA since 1930 .
The Cadets also got an opportunity to visit the Royal Chetwood Hall where they came to know about the legendary history of Armed forces. Interaction was also done by the Cadets with students from other countries. The Principal appreciated and motivated NCC credits as well as NCC officers of all wings.
