New rescue fire vehicle provided to Rupnagar MC

Municipal Council Rupnagar President Sanjay Verma Bele Wale said that a new fire rescue vehicle has been provided for the fire brigade station of the municipal council.
Sanjay Verma said that a new fire rescue vehicle was demanded from the Punjab government for fire station Rupnagar one and a half years back and now this new vehicle has been provided by the Punjab government.
Sanjay Verma thanked the Director of Local Government Department for providing the new fire rescue vehicle.
He said that the cost of this new vehicle is around Rs 1.5 crore .He said that if any natural calamity like floods and fire incidents occurs at any place, then the necessary goods will be delivered to help the people at that time to help the people during floods and fire incidents.
On this occasion, Municipal Council Senior Vice President Rajesh Kumar, Vice President Poonam Kakkar, Council Sarabjit Singh Saini,Charanjit Singh Channi,Amarjit Singh Jolly,Mohit Sharma, Gurmeet Rinku, Rekha Rani,Neeru Gupta, Jaspinder Kaur Pinka, Kulwinder Kaur, Jaswinder Kaur, Neelam as well as Congress leaders Parminder Pinka, Bharat Walia, Madan Gupta, Amarjit Singh Billa, Balwinder Singh Ladi were also present.
