NHAI exempted Army vehicles from using FASTag

National Highway Authority of India has clarified to the Army officials that “all armed official personnel’s crossing NH toll plazas shall be exempted from toll fee payable to mechanical vehicle upon showing the ID card to toll operators”.
Armed forces raised the query after the announcement by NH for making vehicles FASTaged . They enquired from the NH authorities and the authorities confirmed about the exemption.
