One Day State Level Mega Training for Aadhaar Operators and Supervisors at Punjabi University

The UIDAI RO, Chandigarh, organized a One Day State Level Mega Training for Aadhaar operators and supervisors at Punjabi University. The event was inaugurated by Sanjeev Mahajan, Director, UIDAI, Chandigarh.
Approximately 125 participants attended the workshop, which addressed various issues related to the Aadhaar ecosystem, rules, and procedures. The training aimed to enable Aadhaar operators to perform their duties more efficiently and provide better services to the residents of the state.
Sanjeev Mahajan emphasized the need for strict compliance with UIDAI regulations and the latest directives to minimize errors and difficulties for residents. The sessions provided a comprehensive overview of Aadhaar’s principles and ecosystem. Emphasis was also laid on updating documents by residents who have not updated their Aadhaar in the past 10 years. Operators were also trained in soft skills, UIDAI vision, and ethics to ensure a high level of public behavior.
Ashutosh Kaushik, Deputy Director, UIDAI, stated that the workshop marked a significant step towards enhancing the efficiency of Aadhaar operations and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to the residents of Punjab.
