One Week Training Programme on “Wireless Sensor Network” concluded at MRSPTU

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) sponsored one-week online mode Short Term Training Programme (STTP) on “Wireless Sensor Network” organised by the Computer Science Engineering (CSE) department concluded at Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), Bathinda on Thursday.
More than sixty participants from AICTE approved Colleges of various states and universities attended the STTP. During the various sessions, experts elaborated the basic approach, applications and security features used in wireless sensor networks were elaborated by the experts.
Chief Guest on the occasion, Col. (Dr.) B. Vanket, Director, Faculty Development, and AICTE encouraged MRSPTU and other faculty members to explore such technical courses.
Highly experienced experts like Dr. Mayank Dave from NIT Kurukshetra have explored his research techniques to be implemented in wireless sensor networks. Some detailed applications of wireless sensor networks in the field of medical, health, industry, agriculture, Wildlife, etc. have been elaborated by various experts.
Programme Coordinator, Dr. Balwinder Singh Sidhu and Dr. Dinesh Kumar extended gratitude to Vice Chancellor Prof. Buta Singh Sidhu and Col.(Dr.) B. Vanket for sparing time and sharing very valuable dynamic thoughts to improve technical universities understandings through implementation of AICTE training programs at all levels for quality outputs and benefits to society.
