Paddy procurement has begun in the markets of Rupnagar district-ADPRO

The office of the Additional District Public Relations Officer, Sri Anandpur Sahib, has announced that paddy procurement has begun in the markets of Rupnagar district.
Deputy Commissioner, Rupnagar, Himanshu Jain stated that procurement has started in all markets of the district and that rice millers and arhtiyas have also started their operations.
The Deputy Commissioner appealed to the farmers not to bring paddy with more than 17% moisture to the markets.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Pooja Siyal Grewal, District Controller Food Supplies, and managers of various procurement agencies were present at the event .
