PARIYAS-an exhibition organized by Lifelong Learning Deptt of GNDU

A two-day exhibition of different types of garments and other items prepared by students of Lifelong Learning Department of Guru Nanak Dev University was organized here today in The Gallery of the University.
Guru Nanak Dev University Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Jaspal Singh Sandhu and Prof. Shweta Shenoy, Head, MYAS-GNDU Department of Sports Sciences and Medicine of the University inaugurated the exhibition. Prof. Mandeep Kaur, Director, Life Long Long Learning Department welcomed chief guest and other other guest.
Guru Nanak Dev University Vice Chancellor Prof. Sandhu encouraged the students to participate in such programs so that they can unfurl the hidden talent in them. The Vice Chancellor assured that all possible help would be given for skill-development courses / diplomas run by the department.Prof. Shweta Shenoy praised the various items made by students from the waste material and encouraged them to work more in the future.
On this occasion, Prof. Geeta Hundal, Prof. Hardeep Singh, Prof. Sukhpreet Singh, Prof. M. L. Singh, Mrs. Tejpal Kaur, Paramjit Kaur were present.
“Such an exhibition highlighting the art work of the students has been organised and we wish to encourage our students,” said Prof Sandhu.
