Patiala covid 19 cases shoot up in 48hours

Royal city Patiala came into limelight in the last 48 hours, but for wrong reasons. 11 cases of covid 19 positive cases were reported till date. In the last 48 hours around 9 cases were reported in Patiala district.
A person resident of Safadi gate tested positive .His wife and two sons were also tested positive on day before yesterday. Yesterday his close contact at books market also tested positive. Now his family (books market positive case) members are also tested positive.
One case is reported from Rajpura. A lady around in her fifties is also tested positive .As per civil surgeon ” she approached Rajpura Civil Hospital complaining chest pain. The doctors attending her immediately sensed symptoms of virus and rushed her to Govt Rajindra Hospital Patiala, where her samples were taken. Her report found to be positive,” he said. The health department is enquiring about the reason, from where she got positive, about her travel history. As per the lady “she has no travel history and never came in contact with any other Corona infected patient.”
As per health department reports, by 6:00 pm 11 cases were found positive and reports of 2 cases are still pending.
