Patiala Kennel Club’s dog show will add colour to Patiala Heritage Festival; entry free

Patiala Kennel Club endeavouring to keep the old tradition of the princely city of Patiala for its love for dogs. It was in this part of the country that first The Northern India Kennel Association was formed in 1926, which was later changed into the Kennel club of India. His Highness Maharaja Bhupinder Singh of Patiala and Maharaja of Jind were only Indian Vice Presidents while Lord Irwin had been its President.
Patiala kennel club has once again chosen as Nodal club where points will be counted towards selecting the following “The Dog of the year”, Reserve Dog of the year”, Best Puppy of the year” & “Best Bred in India Dog of the year”.
Patiala Kennel Club is organizing 62nd & 63rd All Breed Championship Dog Shows on Sunday the 16th February, 2025 at Raja Bhalendra Singh Stadium (Polo Grounds), Patiala under the aegis of “The Patiala Heritage Festival 2025″.
Kelvin NG from Singapore and Muneer Bin Jung from Hyderabad will judge these shows.
Eminent personalities, dog lovers and dogs from all over the country are expected to participate in these shows.
Some exotic breeds like Cane Corso, Siberian Husky, Samoyed, Saluki, Hound and Akita, Shih Tzu, American Cocker Spaniel, Afghan Hound & Indian Breed Carvan Hound too are expected which will add more charm to the show.
THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE FOR SPECTATORS.
