Patiala police booked SAD leader on his wife’s complaint

Patiala police has booked Musa Khan, former organisng secretary of Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), after his wife Amanpreet Kaur alias Ayesha Khan complained against him, for torturing, beating, harassing her.
Patiala police booked Musa Khan under section 342 (Punishment for wrongful confinement) , 323 (for voluntarily causing hurt) , 506 (for criminal intimidation), 498-A (Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty) IPC, at Civil Lines Police Station Patiala.
Amanpreet Kaur alias Ayesha Khan, wife of Musa Khan, in a face book live message told that she and Musa Khan got married around 25 years ago. She informed that she and Musa Khan were in legal battle after around 2-3 ago, his illegal affairs came to light. She alleged that Musa Khan, his brother, sister are harassing him. Musa Khan beat her and kept her and his son confined in their house.
Musa Khan, a close aide of former Anandpur Sahib MP and senior Akali Dal leader Prof Prem Singh Chandumajra. As per his face book status he also holds the posts of Sr. Vice President, Youth Akali Dal (Badal), Patiala. He is a President of Al-Muslim-A –Punjab, organization floated by him.
