Patiala Police salutes all officers, jawans of Punjab Police who sacrificed their lives to safeguard the country’s progress and peace. Police Commemoration day on October 21, every year, is the day to acknowledge the valour of our police personnel who have made the highest sacrifice for the sake of peace and glory of our great nation.
.The ‘Police Commemoration Day’ gives officers of all ranks the chance to join with family members of the martyrs, to pay their respects to those who sacrificed their lives in protecting the peace of the state.

Punjab Police has always been stand with its personnel in every odd situation and always determined for the well-being of every employee.Dependents of the martyred police personnel, who had fought for the restoration of the peace in the region during various operations, have been provided appropriate jobs, pensions to their widows besides due honour to the family members at all government functions.
