Police DAV Public School celebrated Van Mahaotsav
Patiala-Police DAV Public School celebrated Van Mahaotsav Day with full enthusiasm today. A special assembly was organised by tulip house in which Manpreet singh of VII- A1 presented a speech on highlighting the value of trees in our life. An inspirational poem was recited by Nancy of VIII- A1 class in which she guided not to cut the trees.
In order to keep the school green, school Principal Meena Thapar along with the students planted lot of saplings in the school and she motivated the students to do the same in future also and she also guided them that only planting is not enough rather they should take pledge to look after the plants also
