Police DAV Public School Patiala organised a Tree Plantation Drive

In order to inculcate the values among its students,of being nature friendly, believe in conservation and be amidst nature, Police DAV Public School Patiala ( Primary wing), organised a Tree Plantation Drive today.
The students of class 5 planted fruit trees in the campus and promised to look after them. The school Principal, Mohit Chug, did the honour and supported the students in their noble gesture. Gayatri Mantra was also enchanted by them simultaneously. He applauded the efforts of the students and their parents in this initiative.
He further added that such trees will grow with them and they can reap the benefits of their hard work and fruits in the coming years. He inspired them by saying that such deeds will act as a source of motivation for others to follow, which is the need of the hour. Everyone must be nature friendly and believe in its conservation for the coming generations.
The event ended on an inspirational note.
