Promotions: 5 Punjab Police SSPs/ AIGs promoted as DIGs

Punjab government has issued promotion orders of 5 IPS officers of 2011 batch as DIGs.
There are 6 IPS officers of 2011. Out of these 6, 5 are promoted as DIG. Vivek Sheel Soni, IPS of 2011 batch who is presently posted as Comdt.75th JAL (on MCTP PhiIIIaur) is not promoted as DIG
