PSMDTA Patiala elected new office bearers; Dr DS Bhullar is President

Punjab State Medical and Dental Teachers Association (PSMDTA) Patiala Unit in the general body meeting has reconstituted the executive body with Dr. DS Bhullar (National Fellowship Awardee-IAFM and Acting Head of Department of Forensic Medicine) as president, Dr. Varinder Verma as Senior Vice President, Dr. Darshanjit Singh Walia as General Secretary and Dr. Preetinder Singh Chahal as Secretary Finance.
PSMDTA Patiala elected new office bearers; Dr DS Bhullar is President .The other office bearers include Dr. Harjit Chawla as Vice President, Dr. Amandeep Singh Bakshi as Secretary Public Relations, Dr. Rohit Garg Joint Secretary, Dr. Manider Kaur as Editor-in-Chief and Dr. Manpreet Kaur Walia as Joint Editor. The executive members will be Dr. Vijay Sehgal, Dr. Upasna, Dr. Vijay Bodal, Dr. Rajesh Badhan, Dr. Beant Singh, Dr. Rupinder Kaur Bakshi, Dr. Ardaman Singh and Dr. Navjot Singh Khurana.
Dr. Subash Kaushal, Dr. KD Singh, Dr. Kuldeep Garg, Dr. KK Aggarwal and Dr. Navjot Singh Khurana will the advisors of the executive body.
The long pending demands and difficulties being faced in the day to day functioning by the faculty were discussed in the meeting along with new challenge of restructuring of the medical education department under the autonomous status to the state run medical, dental and nursing colleges.
