PSPCL releases numbers for lodging electricity complaints- Er Sandeep Gupta

Er.Sandeep Gupta, Punjab state power corporation limited Chief Engineer South releases list of alternate numbers other than 1912 to facilitate consumers to lodge complaints.

In order to provide better facilities to the power consumers for registration of their complaints, PSPCL Chief Engineer Distribution South Zone  Er. Sandeep Gupta has released a list of alternate numbers other than 1912.

Er. Sandeep Gupta said that it has been observed that in unavoidable situations such as heavy rainfall accompanied by dust and windstorm, the consumers face disruption in power supply, following which, the number of calls to lodge complaints shoots up causing congestion due to rush on the helpline number 1912.Therefore, now in case consumers  are not able to register a complaint at 1912 helpline number, then they can call on these number.

Apart from this, the consumer can also lodge their complaint on ‘PSPCL Consumer Services’ Mobile Application.  An SMS service has also been started  at 1912 via which the consumers can know the status of their complaint.

Er Sandeep Gupta also added that power consumers can book their complaints by giving a missed call on the PSPCL toll free number 1800-180-1512.
