Punjab cadre IAS, IPS officer retiring on December 31

On December 31, Amarpal Singh, IAS of 2008 batch and Mukhwinder Singh Chinna, IPS of 2012 batch are retiring on the last day of 2023.
Amarpal Singh, IAS is presently serving as special secretary Revenue and Rehabilitation.
Mukhwinder Singh Chinna, IPS is additional director general of police (ADGP), Patiala zone, Patiala.
Earlier many IAS officers including chief secretary VK Janjua in June,A Venu Prasad in July, Ramesh kumar Ghanta in August, Indu Malhotra, Bhupinder Singh, Sanjay Popli in September, Ravneet Kaur in October retired and Amarpal Singh is going to retire on the last day of 2023 i.e December 31 2023
Earlier IPS officers Jatinder Singh Aulakh and Opinderjit Singh Ghuman retired in January , Samant Kumar Goel who remained RAW chief retired in June , Jaspreet Singh Sidhu retired in August this year. Chinna is the fifth IPS officer who is going to retire by the end of 2023, on December 31st.
