Punjab cadre IAS on central deputation promoted as additional secretary

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved extension in temporary upgradation of the post of Joint Secretary to the level of Additional Secretary in Ministry of Tourism, presently held by Rakesh Kumar Verma, IAS of Punjab cadre , 1993 batch , for a term up to 05.12.2024.
