Anjali Bhawra, Punjab cadre IAS officer of 1988 batch ,who is presently on central deputation and is secretary, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment has been transferred as Secretary, National Commission for Minorities, Ministry of Minority Affairs in the rank and pay Of Secretary to the Government of India.
