Punjab cadre IPS officer empanelled for holding post of Joint Secretary Level at centre

Union govt has empanelled Punjab cadre 2001 IPS officer Kaustubh Sharma for holding the post of joint secretary or equivalent level at centre.
Kaustubh Sharma is presently serving as inspector general, human rights in Punjab.
The centre has empanelled total 17 IPS officers of different cadres, batches for the post of joint secretary level or equivalent at centre. The selected includes 2 IPS officers of 1997 batch, 6 IPS officers of 2001 batch, 9 IPS officers of 2002 batch .
