Punjab Govt appoints PSERC Member

Punjab government has appointed Ravi Kumar a resident of Village Chotta Mirpur, Tehsil & District Gurdaspur as Member(legal/ admin) of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC).
He shall hold office for a term of 5 years from the date he enters upon his office or till he attains the age of sixty five years, whichever is earlier.
In July this year the state government had appointed Ravinder Singh Saini as PSERC Member (Technical)
The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) is a three-member body, legally structured to have one Chairperson and two Members (one technical, one legal/admin).
Now after the appointment of Ravi Kumar the commission have its full strength . At present Viswajeet Khanna, (Retd. IAS) is the chairperson and Ravinder singh Saini is the member of the commission.
