Punjab govt employees get surprise; finance department issues letter

In a sudden move, Punjab government deputy secretary finance has issues a letter to all the special chief secretaries, additional chief secretaries, financial commissioners, principal secretaries, administrative secretaries, all heads of the departments of the state, commissioners of divisions, registrar, Punjab and Haryana high court, deputy commissioners, district session judges, secretary vidhan sabha, curtailing the Mobile Allowance per month usage and it is admissible to all categories of employees i.e from Group A to D
