Punjab govt Principal Secretary orders closure of bank accounts with HDFC Bank

Today, principal secretary water resources department of Punjab government has issue an official orders to all the chief engineers, all superintending engineers, all executive engineers of water resources department to close all bank accounts of the department, employees salary account with HDFC bank.
As per the orders, HDFC bank is not cooperating with the Punjab govt department in encashing the bank guarantees of the mining contractors to the State Government.
