Punjab govt sanction posts for Lead Agency of Punjab State Road Safety Council

Punjab govt has sanctioned one post each of Joint Director (Medical and Emergency ), Joint Director (Engineering), Joint Director (Traffic) with a monthly lumpsum of Rs 50,000/- per month on contractual basis for Lead Agency of Punjab State Road Safety Council.
In addition to these posts, a post of Under Secretary (Retd.) for administration work. One accountant, one senior assistant post also got approval and they will get Rs 25000/- per month. Similarly, two clerks’ posts get clearance and they will get Rs 20,000/- per month. The department also allow the Lead agency to hire two Data Entry Operators and two peons through outsourcing.
All these post are approved for three years i.e upto March 31,2024.
