Punjab transport department appoints 22 Punjab govt officials as assistant transport officers

Today, the Punjab state transport department has issued a list of 22 eligible candidates for appointment as assistant transport officers (ATOs) in the transport department.
These 22 employees of Punjab government will go on deputation (transfer on temporary basis) as assistant transport officers (ATOs) in the transport department. They will be deputed in the districts offices of transport department to smoothen the working of the department.
The state transport department has selected these 22 officials from different departments namely director education, industry and commerce, deputy commissioner office, director school education, co-operative department, PWD etc.
