On the death anniversary of Bhai Ghaniya ,Punjabi University, Patiala health centre in association with renowned hospitals of the region is celebrating Manav Sewa Sankalp Diwas by organizing a multispecialty health checkup camp in the university campus..
Dr Regina, SMO, Punjabi University disclosed that “Punjabi University under the visionary leadership of Vice Chancellor, Prof Arvind, a Free Multispeciality health checkup camp is being organized in UGC Guest House, Punjabi University, Patiala on 20 th September, 2023 from 9 am to 12 noon. Vice Chancellor, Prof Arvind shall inaugurate the camp.“
“In this Free Multispeciality health checkup camp, Dr ( Lt. Col.) H S Brar, Senior Neurosurgeon, Fortis Hospital, Mohali, Dr Arun Kochar Senior Cardiologist, Fortis Hospital, Mohali, Dr Dharmender Aggarwal, Urologist, Fortis Hospital, Mohali, Dr Nitin Singla, Psychiatrist, Nitin Mind care Clinic , Patiala, Dr Hemant Bansal, Orthopedic Surgeon, Bansal Joint line Hospital, Patiala ,Dr JPS Sodhi, Ophthalmologist, Sodhi Eye Hospital, Patiala are going to examine the university staff, students, faculty members, their family members, former employees of the university, free of cost” added Dr Regina, Senior Medical Officer, Punjabi University, Patiala.

She added that ” the attendees will be provided with the free health camp and counselling for their ailments and medications along with Height, Weight, BMI,BP, RBS will be checked Free of Cost. The ECG will also be done as required by the specialist.”
