Punjabi university registrar Dr Manjit Singh Nijjar completed his term

Dr Manjit Singh Nijjar completes his three year term today as Registrar of Punjabi University Patiala. In a specially organised farewell function, senior officials greeted him success for his second innings. Giving his farewell speech Vice Chancellor Professor B.S Ghuman congratulated Dr Nijjar on completing his tenure as Registrar very successfully.
He said that Dr. Nijjar stood firm in difficult situations and with his determination and hardwork he played a key role in the University. His amicable nature and firm approach helped us a lot and we enjoyed working as a team, he said. Dr. Nijjer said that I am thankful to the Vice Chancellor and the faculty for having faith in me and helping me fulfill my responsibilities in a successful manner.
He further said that though I am leaving this chair but would always be there for all kind of support for the betterment of the University. He especially thanked Prof Ghuman for being a great strength and support for him in these three years.
DAA Dr. G.S Batra and others including Finance Officer Rakesh Khurana, DPM Sr. Ashok Malik, DPR Dr. Happy Jeji, OSD to VC Dr. NS Attri, Director Sports Dr. Gurdeep Randhawa, Security Officer Capt. Gurtej Singh wished him success and congratulated him on completion of his term as Registrar.
