The molecules created during the research will be able to absorb these pollutants and help in purifying the water. He said that this is a very effective method by which success can be achieved in keeping the water clean and preventing the dangers associated with it.
Researcher Sikha Bhogal explained that the new types of pollutants are divided into four categories (alkaphenols, pharmaceuticals, antimicrobial agents, plasticizers and hormones) and a separate core-shell MIP for each category. has been developed. Iron-oxide, silica and carbon-dots have been used during this construction. The substances prepared in this way were tested through experiments to see how capable they are of rapidly detecting and then adsorbing such new types of pollutants.
