Animal Welfare Board of India issues Show Cause Notice to Producers of Badasha‘s song Paani Paani for using Animals without obtaining NOC.
On the complaint of Panditrao Dharenavar, the Animal Welfare Board of India has issued Show Cause Notice to Producers of Badasha’s song Paani Paani for using Animals without obtaining NOC.
In the Video song of Paani Paani, Horse and camels are used on which Panditrao raised issue with Board and the Board has written Producers to provide written reply to show Cause Notice within seven days.
In the Show cause Notice, the Board has written that the titled Paani Paani song is being produced without obtaining the permission from the Board under the provisions of the Performing Animals (Registration) Rules, 2001 and the directions of the Supreme Court of India.
Panditrao has said that Singer Badsha not only uses Animals in his songs illegally but also use double meaning words which insult Women, therefore he has sent his complaint not only to Animal Welfare Board of India but also National Commission for Women.
Panditrao said that he has also sent representation to Deputy Commissioner of Jaisalmer in which Paani Paani was being shoot. The representation is also sent to Chief Secretary of Rajasthan to know whether Rajasthan government has general guidelines to not to use Animals in Song and film shoot without obtaining NOC from the Board.
Panditrao has also sent letters to concerned departments to take action against those TV Channels, FM Radio and DJs who play Paani Paani song.
On the complaint of Panditrao Dharenavar, The Animal Welfare Board of India previously also has issued Show Cause Notice to Sippy Gill and Sidhu Mosewala’s Babbar Sher and Bhai Bhai songs. The big Action by Board is awaited against those singers/producers/ actors who use animal without obtaining NOC.
Panditrao who has been fighting against Vulgar, Alcoholic and Weaponry songs in Punjabi language, has said that he will also fight against bad songs in Hindi, Kannada, Bhojapuri and Tamil languages
Rapper Badshah’s superhit song ‘Paani Paani Song in controversy .He has demanded from Punjab government that law must be framed to curb Vulgar Alcoholic and Weaponry songs so that other states also follow Punjab government.
