Red Cross Unit of Govt. Bikram College of Commerce organized lecture on Ayurveda

The Red Cross Unit of Govt. Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala under the guidance of Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata organized a lecture on Ayurveda – a brief introduction and Ayurvedic lifestyles.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Navgeet Kaur, owner and MD of Navgeet Clinic & Maternity Home and Dirghayer Ayurvedic hospital and Panchkarma Centre, Patiala. The guest shared valuable information about Ayurveda and its role in life.
She advocated following Ayurvedic lifestyle. After the lecture the Doctor checked up the staff members and the students and advised them to follow certin changes in their eating habits. The lecture was organized in Multipurpose Hall of the college. It was attended by about 250 students.
Dr. Tarandeep Kaur, Incharge Red Cross Unit, Dr. Sukhbir Kaur, Dr. Jyoti Thirthani, Dr. Reetu Kapoor, Dr. Rajni Bala and other members of staff were present.
